A Kinnaura bridal outfit. Traditionally, all the brothers of a family share one wife. This custom is known as the "Pandava marriage."

Happiness and festivity spreads into
the tribe as the village diety is moved through the luscious Himalayan mountains.

Ransingha, a rounded trumpet, is played to welcome the village diety.

Kinnaura's monks are called 'lamas' who spend their time monasteries, praying and meditating.
